Objectives of the seminar were to: disseminate the learning framework among local HE systems; increase digital integration of learn-ing activities to foster permanent e-learning and give access to the tools devel-oped for teachers and trainers); and

The event took place at the premisses of the Department of Economic and Regional Development, at Panteion University of Athens. The presentation started at 17:00 and had a duration of 3 hours. Professor Theodosios Palaskas and Associate Professor Chrysostomos Stoforos were the speakers, as both of them are members of the Panteion team and the partnership of the Hi-Teach project.
The attendants had an energetic participation in the discussion which followed the presentations, and their interest was expressed in several questions as well as in presenting their own experience on the topics of the project.
Brochures explaining the project were distributed prior to the even, as invitations outlining the main topics of the Hi-Teach project.
